Job summary

Talent Et Au Dela Management Consulting & Advisory in Navi Mumbai seeks a Lead Engineer for Finance Platform Automation. You will drive integration, data integrity, and scalable cloud-native solutions across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and deliver automation using Java/Python, Workato, Snowflake, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and Kafka. Strong leadership, FinTech exposure, and CI/CD experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering with integration and workflow automation.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams of 5+ members.
• Hands-on in Java/Python/JavaScript and cloud-scale architecture for integration and automation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, payment portals, ERP systems (Oracle).
• Strong design skills in both coding and system design (HLD/LLD).
• Solid Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD experience; excellent collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead the design and development of automation for Finance and Revenue platforms.
• Deliver scalable, high-performance, secure code with reliable operation.
• Provide architectural guidance and uphold engineering best practices.
• Ensure health and integration of Finance systems including Salesforce Billing and Oracle.

As a Lead Engineer in Our Clients Finance Platform Automation division, you’ll drive the engineering initiatives that power our Finance technology stack. You’ll ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and scalability across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success systems. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on development.

You’ll mentor engineers, guide architecture, and deliver automation and data solutions aligned with strategic business goals. Leveraging expertise in Java, Python, workflow automation (Workato), data platforms (Snowflake), cloud technologies (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker), and messaging frameworks (Kafka), you’ll build high-performance, cloud-native systems that enhance automation and financial operations.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead the design and development of automation solutions for Finance and Revenue platforms
• Deliver scalable, maintainable code focused on performance, reliability, and security
• Provide architectural direction and uphold engineering best practices
• Ensure the health and integration of Finance systems including Salesforce Billing, Oracle, Informatica, and Marketo
• Lead initiatives to improve automation, workflow efficiency, and data consistency across the Finance ecosystem
• Drive adoption of best practices in automation, test coverage, and cloud-native delivery
• Partner with Product, Finance, Sales, and Data teams to translate complex technical needs into impactful business solutions
• Maintain high standards for security, performance, and estimation accuracy
• Identify and remove blockers early to ensure timely, high-quality releases

Qualification Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years in software engineering with deep experience in integration and workflow automation
• 3 + years leading engineering teams of 5 + members
• Hands-on Technically strong in Java/Python or Javascript, AWS / GCP Cloud, API Gateway, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-scale architecture exp in integration and automation, agile, ci/cd pipelines.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, payment portals, collection tools, and ERP systems (Oracle)
• Extensive experience into Coding and System Design(HLD and LLD)
• Solid grasp of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
• Background in FinTech preferred
• Proven experience in leveraging AI tools and frameworks to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency
• Experience designing or integrating AI-driven applications to enhance automation, data insights, or user experience
