Hyatt in India seeks a Director of Sales & MICE to lead the hotel's selling activities, maximise revenue, and collaborate with Rooms, F&B, and other departments to achieve ownership and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management with at least 2 years in a Director or Associate Director of Sales role, plus strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Sales & MICE is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
