Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Gurugram invites applications for a Director of Sales (MICE) or Associate Director of Sales. You will oversee the Sales & MICE department, drive revenue, and work with Rooms, F&B, and other teams to maximise corporate and guest revenue.

The role demands leadership, strategic thinking and strong collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates hold a Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism degree with at least 2 years in a Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Sales & MICE is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

Qualifications
