Role Description

The Research and Development Intern will support the design, testing, and improvement of educational programs, tools, and digital content. This full-time hybrid role is based in Patna, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting literature and market research, analyzing data on educator needs and training outcomes, and assisting in the development of new training modules and pilot projects. The intern will collaborate with mentors and team members to document findings, prepare reports, and communicate insights that inform product and curriculum enhancements. The position also involves basic coordination with partner institutions and contribution to internal knowledge repositories.

Qualifications

• Strong research and development (R&D) capabilities, including the ability to design, test, and iterate on educational concepts and solutions.
