Job Description

Reporting into the General Manager Delegate oversees the day to day operations of the hotel in accordance with company standards, mission statement, vision and values. This position acts as a primary strategic business & operational leader of the hotel with responsibility for all aspects of the operations departments like Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Engineering, Spa and Security and also ensure the guest and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, this position is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotels while, managing, growing and fostering positive owner relations and maximizing performance.

Director of Operations is responsible for the direct supervision of the hotels executive committee of Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Spa and Security and the indirect supervision of all hotel employees. The Director of Operations has ultimate responsibility for the overall satisfaction and achievement of the hotels goals.

• Discuss with General Manager Delegate and establish operating budget and financial forecast for the hotel
• Lead and guide the budgeting process of individual department and adhere to the established guidelines
• Analyze monthly P& L; and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals
