Job summary

Fiserv India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an Executive Director-level Infrastructure Engineering - Sr Advisor I to lead strategic management and optimization of core infrastructure systems enabling reliable financial technology operations.

You will oversee design, implementation, and performance tuning while driving security and scalability across cloud and on-premise environments, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management.
• 4+ years of experience with network management.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 4+ years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• 4+ years of experience in performance tuning and optimization.
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure security.
• 4+ years of experience in data integration and ETL processes.
• 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.
• Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
