We're seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead our finance function for India business operations, with a focus on Global Capability Center (GCC) setups. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in finance leadership, GCC operations, and Indian regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership to the India business, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• GCC Finance Operations: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for GCC operations, ensuring efficient financial management.
• Financial Planning: Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for India business operations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory requirements, including tax, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements
