Job summary

Conduent seeks a Director, Managed Review Services & Growth in Bengaluru to lead growth across the U.S. and UK markets, strengthen client relationships, and represent LCA in-country.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions, Marketing and Delivery to win new business and improve profitability while guiding Managed Review operations. This leadership role requires 10+ years in related services, a track record of revenue growth, and strong negotiation and organizational skills to drive high‑quality

• Proven revenue growth, client management, and operational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Managed Review, eDiscovery, compliance, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives for Managed Review Services across the U.S. and UK markets.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, Solutions, Marketing, and Delivery teams to identify and win new business.
• Drive revenue growth, account expansion, and strong senior‑level client relationships.
• Lead or support client presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Represent LCA in country leadership, business reviews, planning forums, and cross‑functional governance sessions.
• Lead Managed Review operations, ensuring quality, timely delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue, margin, utilization, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Lead and develop Managed Review teams while driving scalable processes, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary

The Director, Managed Review Services & Growth is a senior leadership role responsible for growing revenue, strengthening client relationships, representing Legal, Compliance & Analytics (LCA) within the country, and improving operational performance across the Managed Review Services business. The role partners with Sales, Client Partners, Marketing, Solutions, and Delivery leadership to win new business, expand existing accounts, and improve profitability across the U.S. and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives for Managed Review Services across the U.S. and UK markets.

• Strong knowledge of Managed Review, eDiscovery, compliance, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Success in the Role

Success will be demonstrated through sustained revenue growth, stronger client relationships, improved margin and operational efficiency, high‑quality service delivery, effective in‑country LCA representation, and a scalable Managed Review organization.
