Job summary

infoprolearning is seeking a Director, Learning Experience Architect to set standards for learning design, delivery, and measurement across a global organization. You’ll serve as a senior advisor to clients, lead quality initiatives, and build capability across our consultants.

You will shape performance consulting approaches, define what great learning looks like, and guide how AI and emerging tools are integrated into workflows. If you drive direction and impact at scale, this is your role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in instructional design, learning strategy, or performance consulting.
• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-level learning engagements.
• Strong performance consulting mindset linking learning to business outcomes.
• Expertise in designing large-scale, multi-audience learning ecosystems.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.
• Track record of setting standards, improving quality, and elevating team capability.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Director, Learning Experience Architect to set the standard for how learning is designed, delivered, and measured across our global organization.

This is not a typical design role. You’ll operate as a senior advisor to clients, a quality and strategy leader internally, and a builder of capability across our most experienced consultants. You’ll shape how we approach performance consulting, define what “great” looks like in learning design, and influence how emerging technologies, including AI, are embedded into our workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Track record of setting standards, improving quality, and elevating team capability

• Comfort operating at both strategic and practical levels, from shaping direction to reviewing outputs

• Familiarity with AI-enabled design workflows and emerging learning technologies
