Responsibilities

• Own solution design for complex, multi-faceted learning projects, building comprehensive architectures that integrate multiple components, modalities, and delivery channels
• Select and recommend the right blend of ILT, VILT, e-learning, simulations, social learning, and on-the-job components, with rationale grounded in learning science and business need
• Coordinate vendor relationships across content development, technology platforms, and delivery services — from selection and briefing through performance management
• Oversee end-to‑end project management from design through deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving risks and issues as they come up
• Maintain design intent through development and production, reviewing storyboards, prototypes, and final products against the original design spec
• Lead a small design pod consisting of Instructional Designer, Learning Developers, and Multimedia Designers — allocating work, quality‑checking output, coaching, and owning performance management
