Job summary

2.halvolink is seeking a senior Vendor Management leader to own governance, transitions and transformation programs across global IT services and contingent labor. You will drive continuity, optimize service delivery, and partner with business leaders to realize value.

The role requires deep expertise in MSP and VMS, strong financial acumen, and executive presence to influence senior leaders. Travel up to 25% is expected; a Master’s or CPSM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing, or outsourcing in IT services.
• Deep understanding of contingent labor programs and MSP/VMS tools.
• Leadership of global vendor management functions.
• Experience managing large outsourcing providers and Tier 1 vendors.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic/international).
• Certifications such as CPSM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement vendor governance and executive-level relationships.
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, and XLAs with data-driven dashboards.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on contracts and cost optimization.
• Define governance for AI in outsourced services and contingent labor.
• Oversee vendor transitions, offboarding, and migrations.
• Manage vendor service delivery across infra, help desk, and apps.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Drive innovation initiatives with measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing, or outsourcing, primarily in IT Services and Contingent Labor
• Deep understanding of contingent labor programs, MSP models, and VMS tools (reputed company, etc.)

• Experience managing large-reputed company infrastructure outsourcing providers and Tier 1 technology vendors
