remote zest jobs is seeking an experienced Vendor Management Leader to oversee end-to-end governance and supplier performance. You will coordinate across Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, Finance, IT and business units to manage vendor contracts, ESG reporting, and renewal pipelines.

This role requires 8+ years in vendor management and at least 3 years in people leadership, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in vendor management, procurement, or related discipline, with at least 3 years in a people-leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate operational detail into executive framing.
• Experience running a vendor management function with governance and executive reporting.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms and contract repositories.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with spend data, contract metadata, vendor risk indicators, and ESG metrics.
• Track record partnering with Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, Finance, and IT on vendor management.

Requirements
