Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 6 years of experience in Vendor Management and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vendor Management Office (VMO) to drive vendor initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Develop and execute vendor relationship management strategies in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
• Create vendor scorecards evaluating financial, diversity, contractual compliance, delivery, and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendor contacts and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Establish KPIs to measure vendor performance and monitor SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation with key vendors.
• Implement corrective action plans for underperforming vendors.
• Promote sustainable procurement and vendor diversity programs.

Requirements
