Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, or strategic leadership roles.
• Strong track record in building innovation programs, startups, or industry collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to the Pro Vice‑Chancellor in developing and implementing the university’s innovation strategy.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities for innovation within the university.
• Facilitate collaboration between academia, industry, startups, and government bodies.
• Support intellectual property (IP) development, patenting, and commercialisation efforts.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and a culture of creativity across the university.
• Organise innovation programs, hackathons, and outreach initiatives.
