Job summary

Healtour Solutions is seeking a visionary Director to lead the Functional Medicine & Longevity vertical. You will drive clinical leadership, partnerships, and innovative care pathways on a global scale.

You will build and mentor a high-impact clinical team, shape evidence-based programs, and contribute to AI-enabled preventive health, digital health initiatives, and international patient services.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Certification or advanced training in Functional/ Longevity/ Preventive healthcare.
• Experience with senior clinical leadership and program development.
• Experience with reputed institutions is an asset.

Role Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial clinical leader to establish and lead Healtours Functional Medicine & Longevity vertical. The role combines clinical leadership, strategic partnerships, product innovation, research, and business growth to build a world-class preventive healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Functional Medicine, Preventive Health, and Longevity programs.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, functional medicine clinics, wellness centres, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare innovators in India and globally.
• Design evidence-based clinical pathways, patient journeys, and care protocols.
• Support AI-enabled personalized health, preventive care, and digital health initiatives.
• Drive corporate wellness, executive health, and international patient programs.
• Represent Healtour at conferences, industry forums, and global healthcare collaborations.
• Mentor the clinical team and contribute to research, thought leadership, and innovation.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialty.
• Certification, Fellowship, Executive Program, or Advanced Training in Functional Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Longevity Medicine, Precision Medicine, or Preventive Healthcare.
• Qualifications from reputed institutions such as IIHMR University, Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), European Lifestyle Medicine Organization (ELMO), The George Washington University, Harvard Medical School Executive Education, or equivalent national/international institutions will be an added advantage.
• 8+ years of clinical experience with leadership or program development exposure.
• Passion for innovation, digital health, medical value travel, and preventive healthcare.
