• MBA or equivalent master’s degree; medical background is a plus.

Nestled in the hills of Idukki, Kerala, we provide specialized wellness retreats, medical treatment programs, and preventive healthcare solutions to a global clientele.

Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive our next phase of commercial growth and global expansion. The ideal candidate will own the P&L, scale offline clinic/retreat admissions and digital offerings, and lead our multidisciplinary operational team toward aggressive revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Growth

• Target Ownership: Achieve annual revenue targets across inpatient hospital packages, outpatient care, domestic/international wellness tourism, and proprietary product sales.
• Commercial Scaling: Scale revenue channels including medical tourism partnerships, corporate wellness programs, and B2B health collaborations.
• Financial Health: Maintain targeted net profit margins and optimize Average Revenue Per Patient/User (ARPU).

Strategic Operations & Patient Experience

• Ensure operational delivery across clinical care, retreat stay amenities, and AI-driven diagnostic services.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction standards (Net Promoter Score > 85%) and strong repeat/referral conversion rates.
• Optimize operational costs, supply chains, and facility capacity utilization.

Marketing & Brand Expansion

• Lead customer acquisition strategies to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while expanding market reach.
• Drive digital marketing, strategic PR, and international medical tourism campaigns.
• Position Kurichiyil as a market leader in AI-integrated, tech-enabled Ayurvedic wellness

Product & Service Innovation

• Drive the commercial rollout of new treatment packages, wellness residencies ("Work-from-Nature"), and digital health tools.
• Oversee regulatory, quality, and certification compliance across all offerings.

Leadership & Organizational Culture

• Lead executive managers across clinical, operations, marketing, and technology departments.
• Build a performance-based, self-driven work culture with clear team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of leadership/executive experience in healthcare management, premium wellness resorts, hospital administration, or health-tech scaling.
• Track Record: Proven track record of independently managing P&L and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Ayurvedic/wellness tourism, hospital operations, or D2C healthcare models.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, team leadership, and digital growth marketing familiarity.
• Education: MBA or equivalent master's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related fields. (Medical background in BAMS/MBBS is a plus, but not required).
