Snapmint is seeking a Director - Founder's Office to work directly with a founder on high-impact priorities, solving ambiguous problems, and ensuring execution stays on track across teams. This role offers exposure across the business and is designed as a fast-track path towards owning a business line or function over time.

Based in Bengaluru, the role requires 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, startups, or similarly high-intensity environments, along with a B.Tech and MBA.

Qualifications

• B.Tech and MBA from premier institutes.
• 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, startups, or similarly high-intensity environments.
• Bias for action, high ownership, and strong execution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to improve execution, automate workflows, and solve business problems.
• Comfortable operating in a high-intensity environment with occasional late evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with one of the founders to support key business priorities.
• Track and steer ongoing projects, flagging risks and blockers early.
• Conduct research, build frameworks, and structure analysis to inform decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Operations, Finance, and other teams to keep priorities moving.
• Build and maintain trackers/dashboards for key metrics and timelines.
