Your day-to-day will involve navigating high-level financial strategy, ensuring rigorous compliance, and optimizing capital allocation to maximize shareholder value. By leading the finance function, you will directly influence the company's long-term trajectory, ensuring that our financial architecture is robust, scalable, and fully aligned with our ambitious business objectives across all operational locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis process to provide the leadership team with accurate forecasting and performance metrics that guide critical investment decisions.

  • Oversee corporate finance and treasury operations to ensure optimal liquidity, effective cash flow management, and sound capital structure optimization.

  • Direct the preparation of comprehensive financial reports and statutory filings, ensuring absolute transparency and adherence to global accounting standards for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

  • Design and implement internal control frameworks and risk management protocols to safeguard company assets and mitigate operational or financial vulnerabilities.

  • Spearhead annual budgeting and long-range planning cycles, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align departmental spending with overarching corporate goals.

  • Manage complex taxation strategies and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions to minimize tax exposure while maintaining full legal integrity.

  • Drive financial modeling initiatives to evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or new market entries, providing the data-backed confidence needed for high-stakes expansion.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate intricate financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders, including the Board and external investors, fostering trust and clarity in decision-making.

  • Strong analytical acumen with a proven track record of using financial modeling to solve business problems, optimize costs, and identify new revenue streams.

  • Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes, including taxation and audit compliance, with a proactive approach to internal controls and risk mitigation.

  • Proven leadership capability in building and mentoring high-performing finance teams, with the interpersonal maturity to influence organizational culture and cross-departmental collaboration.
