Job summary

Randstad in Bengaluru seeks a senior finance leader to drive data-driven decision making and oversee reporting, controls and liquidity for the business. You will develop and implement robust financial policies, manage cash flow, and ensure timely, accurate financial information across the organisation.

The role requires leadership over finance teams, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining high data quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct insights from financial data, analyses and reporting to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives
• Leads the improvement of reporting frameworks, tools and processes to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable data within a medium-sized operating company
• Drives and validates information to support developing trends that will inform forecasts and management decision making
• Oversees the quality assurance functions of financial data and statistical information
• Leads on the development and enforcement of financial policies and procedures within a medium-sized operating company
• Monitors and manages cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations
