Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 19+ years of experience in integration architecture or related fields.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience leading enterprise integration projects with MuleSoft, cloud platforms, and API management.

As a Director – Digital Integration & Architecture (MuleSoft, IICS, Cloud Integrations), you will lead the strategic direction and execution of integration architecture projects, focusing on client support within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting‑edge integration solutions that drive business transformation and enhance operational efficiency for our clients.

As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive‑level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. • Leading the strategic direction and execution of digital integration and architecture initiatives
• Overseeing the design and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft, IICS, and cloud platforms
• Driving business growth through innovative technology integration and architecture strategies
• Managing multiple projects to deliver seamless enterprise application integration and data virtualization
• Collaborating with executive‑level clients to understand business requirements and provide tailored integration solutions
• Promoting the adoption of agile methodologies and cloud‑based technologies to enhance system interoperability
• Guiding teams in the development and deployment of RESTful APIs and API management solutions
• Mentoring and coaching team members to cultivate leadership potential and technical skills

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 19 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain
• Demonstrating proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and CloudHub
• Utilizing API Management tools like Apigee and Azure API Management
• Leading enterprise application integration projects with a strategic mindset
• Driving innovation through hybrid cloud solutions and data virtualization
• Excelling in business process integration and strategic questioning

• 10+ years of expertise in driving Integration projects as a Lead Architect
• Significant Pharma & Life Sciences (PLS) industry experience in consulting or industry roles.
• Strong hands‑on and architectural experience with multiple integration platforms, including:

  • PLS enterprise platforms and ecosystems
  • Other iPaaS, ESB, and cloud‑native integration tools
