As a Lead Engineer – Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Software Engineering practice. You will focus on developing innovative software solutions that enhance business performance and drive digital transformation. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will take ownership of projects, validating their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Your ability to analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system will be crucial. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

• Designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and meet client needs

• Taking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet timelines and deliverables
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality and project outcomes

• Minimum 1 year as AI Engineer Role.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Langchain, LangGraph, and Langfuse, ensuring these solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
• Utilize Google ADK, M365 SDK, or Azure Bot Framework for deployment of AI models and solutions.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with Power Automate platform, including custom actions/connectors, governance, and lifecycle management.
