Qualifications

• Strong ability to deliver presentations and insights to senior and mid-level leadership.
• Experience in strategy/management consulting and/or equity analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical market research and competitive analysis methodologies.
• Advanced skills in market research, data collection, and analysis.
• Expertise in market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of methods of capturing and storing competitive information.

• Ensure timely and relevant updates on competitive trends through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Conduct and/or manage primary and secondary research to gather data on competitors and market trends.
• Transform raw data into actionable intelligence.
• Evaluate competitors' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Analyze collected data to derive implications and actionable recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Partner with other research leaders and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Manage the budget for competitive intelligence activities.
