Job Summary: The Director, Big Tech Partnerships & Strategic Processing is responsible for developing and managing Visa's strategic relationships with leading technology companies, digital platforms, processors, fintechs, and ecosystem partners. The role drives partnership strategy, commercial growth, solution deployment, and go-to-market execution for emerging payment experiences. This position operates at the intersection of business development, product, technology, and client engagement. The Director works closely with global, regional, and market teams to identify growth opportunities, influence partner roadmaps, remove implementation barriers, and accelerate adoption of Visa capabilities. Success requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, processing expertise, and the ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives across multiple organizations. The role requires a proven ability to manage executive relationships, negotiate strategic business agreements, drive ecosystem alignment, and translate market opportunities into scalable business outcomes. The Director will collaborate extensively with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business impact. All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT) to improve efficiency and support decision‑making.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office; expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
