Job summary

Mondee Inc. is seeking an experienced Ticketing Operations Lead to manage end-to-end ticketing processes for B2B clients, including reservations, exchanges, refunds, and group bookings. You will drive accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction across the ticketing workflow.

In this role, you will supervise ticketing teams, monitor SLAs, coordinate with airlines and vendors, and mentor team leaders to maintain high productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
