Job summary

Confluence is seeking a Design Director/Project Lead (B Arch only) with 15+ years of experience to oversee architecture design from concept to completion in hospitality spaces. You will mentor teams, interpret client briefs, review contracts and designs, and lead client-facing presentations and business development.

The role emphasizes leadership, regional client growth, and delivering high-quality master plans, space planning, and design development for hotels and related venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture.
• 15+ years of experience in GROUP HOUSING/COMMERCIAL/MIXED-USE/RESIDENTIAL projects (master planning, architecture).
• Track record and proven experience in developing, managing and nurturing a team of designers.
• Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit (preferred but not compulsory).

• Conceptualization and development of architecture design concepts that align with the client's vision and project goals.
• Develop architectural master plans, mood boards, sketches, and design proposals to convey ideas effectively.
• Lead the design team to bring concepts to life through detailed design development and space planning.
• Actively developing new client relationships in the region to grow the company's presence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and ensuring design solutions meet expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of latest industry trends, products, and sustainable design practices.
