Job Title: Director – Solution Design

Reporting To

VP – Global Head of Solution Design

Key Requirements

• Support Business growth of Managed Services Business by developing tailored solutions to meet client requirements; solution leadership for large complex RFPs, acting as lead architect to develop solution constructs, win themes, response strategy, and customized storyboards aligned to client objectives.
• Executive alignment: collaborate closely with senior leadership to align solution strategy, secure timely approvals, and ensure governance for RFP submissions.
• Stakeholder management: interface with global internal teams including business development, delivery, and external client stakeholders to shape offerings that are competitive and deliverable.
• Team leadership: guide junior team members to develop RFP responses, including creating high-impact presentations, planning bandwidth allocation for strategic opportunities, managing escalations, and overseeing team performance.
• Team development: strengthen capabilities of the solution design team, ensuring a positive work environment and high-quality deliverables.

Pricing Strategy

Develop pricing strategy and deal structuring; secure alignment and approvals from senior leadership.

Requirements

• Consulting / Solution Design / Delivery or Procurement and Supply Chain consulting experience; consulting business development experience an added advantage.
• Consulting expertise: proven experience in procurement or supply chain consulting with strong exposure to sourcing, category management, and procurement operations.
• Pre‑sales experience: prior experience supporting RFPs, solution design, or sales pursuits in a consulting, services, or SaaS environment.
• Storyboarding & communication: exceptional written and visual storytelling skills; ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives.
• Executive presence: comfortable working with and presenting to C‑level stakeholders and internal senior leadership.
• Analytical thinking: strong problem‑solving and quantitative skills; ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations.
• Project management: skilled at managing multiple pursuits simultaneously, with strong focus on quality and deadlines.
• Leadership: experience leading cross‑functional teams in high‑pressure, high‑visibility environments.
