Evoke Technologies, Hyderabad-based, seeks a Director of AI Transformation to steer enterprise AI initiatives across Microsoft platforms and Generative AI. You will guide architecture, change management, and executive alignment to convert legacy processes into intelligent, automated systems.

The role requires deep technical mastery of Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric, and AI agents, with leadership across cross-functional teams and governance frameworks.

• 18+ years in technology, digital transformation, or enterprise IT leadership.
• Proven track record driving large-scale enterprise AI, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s in CS/Business/IS or related field.

About the role

The Director of AI Transformation leads the strategic evolution of enterprise operations, legacy Microsoft platforms, and business-critical workflows into an AI-first, agentic operating model.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of deep technical mastery across the complete Microsoft product suite (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric) and cutting-edge Generative AI (Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents). You will guide cross-functional architecture, change management, and executive stakeholder alignment to convert static business processes into intelligent, automated, and measurable AI-driven systems

Key Responsibilities

1. AI & Enterprise Architecture Strategy

• Platform Evolution: Drive the transition of legacy Microsoft environments (M365, SharePoint, Dynamics, on-prem/hybrid Azure footprints) into modern, AI-infused enterprise architectures.
• Generative AI & Agent Integration: Lead the deployment of Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, and custom AI agents/RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to streamline enterprise productivity.
• Roadmap & Investment Planning: Partner with C-suite and senior business leaders to shape multi-year AI transformation roadmaps, business cases, and ROI metrics.

2. Operational & Workflow Transformation

• Process Re-engineering: Audit core business operations (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales, Legal, and IT service management) to replace manual or siloed workflows with automated Copilot and agentic capabilities.
• Data Foundation: Ensure clean, unified data architectures by leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services to fuel reliable, enterprise-grade AI models.

3. Change Management, Governance & Adoption

• User Adoption & Culture: Design and execute scalable change management strategies to drive high daily active usage and behavioral shifts toward Copilot and AI tools across global teams.
• Responsible AI & Security: Establish robust governance frameworks covering data privacy, ethical AI use, compliance, role-based access control, and model security within the Microsoft ecosystem.

4. Leadership & Stakeholder Influence

• Multidisciplinary Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of enterprise architects, data engineers, change managers, and technical program managers.
• Executive Storytelling: Translate complex AI and cloud architectures into clear, compelling business language for executive steering committees and board-level stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 18+ years in technology, digital transformation, or enterprise IT leadership.
• Proven track record driving large-scale enterprise AI, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
• Microsoft Cloud & Productivity: Deep mastery of Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and enterprise security (Entra ID / Purview).
• Business Applications: Experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• AI & Data Stack: Hands-on or strategic familiarity with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and building RAG / agentic solutions.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional executive presence, strategic consulting mindset, conflict resolution, and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
