Job summary

Endurance Technologies Ltd invites applications for a Diploma Engineer Trainee in Tool Room at Pune. The role requires a Diploma in Tool & Die Making and offers a CTC of 2.75 LPA inclusive of provident fund, gratuity, and group accident insurance, plus free bus travel. Training is on-roll, on-site.

You will undergo one year of training followed by a six-month probation. Fresher candidates aged 18–25 with good communication skills and ability to coordinate across production lines are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tool & Die Making is mandatory.
• Strong reading of drawings and GD&T required.
• Basic CNC and machining knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and cutting tools.
• Operate and monitor CNC machines.
• Ensure tools and components conform to engineering drawings and specs.

Position Title: Diploma Engineer Trainee

Location: Pune

Offered Grade: T-O1 (Trainee- Engineer)

Offered CTC 2.75 LPA (inclusive of Employer PF & Gratuity & Group Accident Insurance) + Free Bus Travel

Nature of Employment: On-roll, Full-time, On-site

Experience: Fresher (Entry Level)

Qualification: Mandatory Diploma in Tool & Die Making

Age group- 18 ~ 25 yrs.

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

• 1) Basic knowledge of reading & interpreting drawings and GD&T.
• 2) Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tool room operations
• 3) Basic understanding of CNC programming and machining.
• 4) Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA is an advantage.

Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:

• 1) Should be able to coordinate between different production lines, supervisors to achieve given targets.
• 2) Should be capable of dealing with both on roll & contractual manpower.
• 3) Good communication skills.
• 4) Should be interested to work in both a shop-floor as well as an office environment.

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:

• 1) Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and cutting tools.
• 2) Operate and monitor CNC machines
• 3) Look after the tools and components conform to engineering drawings and specifications.
