Job summary

Endurance Technologies Ltd invites Diploma Engineer Trainees to Pune for an on-roll, full-time on-site Tool Room role. You will undergo a structured training period and contribute to dies, molds, jigs, and cutting tools while learning CNC monitoring and shop-floor operations.

Fresher candidates with Diploma in Tool & Die Making, plus basic CAD skills, are encouraged. Immediate joining and a growth-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of reading & interpreting drawings and GD&T.

Position Title:

Diploma Engineer Trainee

Experience:

Fresher (Entry Level)

Qualification:

Mandatory : Diploma in Tool & Die Making

Age group-

18 ~ 25 yrs.

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

• Basic knowledge of reading & interpreting drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tool room operations
• Basic understanding of CNC programming and machining.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA is an advantage.

Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:

• Should be able to coordinate between different production lines, supervisors to achieve given targets.
• Should be capable of dealing with both on roll & contractual manpower.
• Good communication skills.
• Should be interested to work in both a shop-floor as well as an office environment.
