Qualifications

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines as per production requirements.


• Perform routine quality inspection and maintain process records.


• Follow ISO, safety, 5S and shop-floor procedures.


• Carry out basic Autonomous Maintenance (AM) of machines.


• Achieve production targets as per cycle time and control rejection.


• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.


• Maintain housekeeping and discipline on the shop floor.


• Work effectively in shift operations and report to the Shift In-charge.

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Fresher / 01 Year

Retention Bonus: 1,92,500/- retention amount payable over 3 years in the ratio of 30% : 30% : 40%, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
