Job summary

APAR Industries invites Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) to join its engineering and manufacturing teams at Silvassa plants. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and on-the-job training (OJT), gaining hands-on exposure to core factory operations.

The role is open to diploma freshers or candidates with up to 3 months of experience who are eager to learn and contribute to production, maintenance, quality, and safety practices in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 months of experience are eligible.
• Willing to undergo structured training and on-the-job training (OJT).

Responsibilities
