Job summary

Black Box seeks graduates and diploma engineers to join its Digital Infrastructure & Technology Services. As Graduate Engineer Trainee or Diploma Engineer Trainee, you will undergo structured training across AV, networking, ELV systems, cybersecurity and data center technologies, gaining hands-on enterprise experience.

You’ll participate in on-the-job learning, assist deployment teams, and contribute to documentation, audits and project records while adhering to security and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Internship or academic project in IT infra, networking, ELV, security, AV, cloud or data centers is a plus.
• Interest in emerging technologies and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training programs and on-the-job learning.
• Assist project and operations teams in deploying and supporting AV, networking, ELV, cybersecurity, and data center infra.
• Support installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of technology systems.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and help troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and project records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and service partners.
• Adhere to information security, safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Assist in PoC, testing, validation and technology evaluation.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.

About the Role

Build the future of digital infrastructure by gaining hands-on experience across Audio Visual (AV), Networking, ELV Systems, Cybersecurity, and Data Center technologies while working on enterprise-scale projects and solutions.

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) to join our Digital Infrastructure & Technology Services team. This role offers structured training and practical exposure to enterprise technologies, enabling candidates to develop expertise in designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting critical IT and digital infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training programs and on-the-job learning assignments.

Experience
