Job summary

EXL in Noida (India) is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Digital Transformation in Finance & Accounting to join on a hybrid work model. You will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives in F&A, identifying opportunities and driving automation across R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.

The role requires 10+ years in digital transformation, strong F&A domain experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to quantify costs and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation & Solutioning (Opportunity identification and solutioning)
• Strong experience in the Finance & Accounting domain (R2R/P2P/O2C)
• Hands-on understanding of Digital Transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of RPA capabilities and robotics projects
• Experience in business process assessment, solution design, and change management
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in Cost-Benefit Analysis and benefit quantification
• Experience leading or mentoring Lean Six Sigma projects
• Ability to effectively communication with internal and external stakeholder on a periodic basis (written & verbal)
