Job summary

Hero MotoCorp in Jaipur is seeking a Digital Sculptor to execute surface modelling for planned motorcycle projects. You will generate CLASS-A 3D CAD data using Alias and other tools, collaborating with designers, clay modellers and engineering teams to meet deadlines and design requirements.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech or Design Diploma with 2–4 years in the automotive sector, focusing on polygonal and NURBS modelling and producing production-ready data for review.

Qualifications

• Experience with surface modelling for automotive components.
• Proficiency in Alias Surface and Class A surfacing.
• Able to generate 3D CAD data from multiple inputs (sketch, scan, CAD) and meet deadlines.

A purpose driven role for you

Responsible to execute surface modelling for assigned Cycle Plan Projects as per decided deadlines for the Planned Projects.
Anticipate and understand requirements of the project and timely deliverable as per plan,
Candidate should have skill in concept (Alias SUB-D) and Class A surfacing using Alias Surface and other suitable software.
Work directly/interact with the Designer, Clay Modeller and Engineering teams to develop 3d model to meet design requirements.

A Day in the life

Generating CLASS-A,3D CAD DATA and CAS Data from various input forms - Sketch, Scan, Engineering CAD/Section, Designer Verbal input, Tape draw.
Meet time line and Quality standard target precisely.
Ability to work with in team.
Identify, analyse and solve potential feasibility issue with creative solution
Visualisation for Design Review

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E/B. Tech
Engineering /Design Diploma
2-4 Years in Automotive Industry

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Proficiency Polygonal and Nurbs Modelling
Knowledge and proven experience in 2W products are appreciated.
