Job summary

Digiperform in Varanasi seeks a full-time Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver core and advanced concepts using our standardized curriculum. You will prepare lesson plans, conduct interactive workshops, supervise practical assignments, and assess learner performance through tests and projects.

You will mentor learners, collaborate with the center team to maintain high training quality, update curriculum when needed, and maintain training records.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Candidates should possess practical Marketing and Digital Marketing knowledge, with hands-on experience in online campaigns and platforms.
• Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills, including classroom management, curriculum delivery, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, with experience in managing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Candidates should possess Sales and counseling skills to guide learners on course selection, career paths, and industry opportunities.
• Relevant experience as a digital marketer, trainer, or instructor is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; industry certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Varanasi and adapt to a fast-paced training environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Role Description

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive workshops, supervising practical assignments, and evaluating learner performance through tests, projects, and presentations. The trainer will provide mentorship and guidance to learners, address their queries, and support them in developing job-ready skills. The role also involves collaborating with the center team to ensure high training quality, maintaining training records, and occasionally contributing to curriculum updates and internal training initiatives.
