Job summary

Signal Expert Global FZE in Indore, India, seeks an Organic Lead Generation Lead with 3+ years in Forex/Comex or financial services to drive inbound prospects via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and more.

You will plan relevant content, guide a small digital marketing team, track engagement and lead quality, and work with sales to convert inquiries into opportunities.

Experience in the Forex & Comex Industry Is A Must

Salary range: up to 70k (in-hand) + excellent incentives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive organic leads for Forex & Comex products/services through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Quora, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
2. Plan and create market-relevant content around Forex, Gold, Commodities, market updates, educational content, trading insights, and company services to attract and engage the target audience.
3. Manage and grow the company's social media presence through regular posts, reels, videos, stories, community engagement, and platform-specific strategies.
4. Work closely with the sales team to create video/content ideas, scripts, and social media strategies, and guide sales professionals in creating and posting content on their individual handles to generate potential leads.
5. Manage, guide, and monitor the digital marketing and social media team, assign responsibilities, set activity targets, and ensure consistent execution.
6. Track organic leads, engagement, reach, conversions, and platform performance, and continuously optimize campaigns and content strategies to improve lead quality and business enquiries.

Desired Candidature:

1. Proven experience in Organic Lead Generation, preferably within the Forex & Comex, Financial Markets, Trading, or Financial Services industry, with at least 3+ years of experience in a leadership/managerial role.
2. Strong understanding of organic lead-generation strategies through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Quora, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
3. Experience in creating and promoting Forex & Comex-related content to attract potential clients and generate genuine business enquiries.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
5. Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.
6. Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
7. Experience in International Sales, Digital Marketing, Global Markets, Forex & Comex, or Financial Services will be preferred.
8. Should have a long-term career mindset and be comfortable committing to a minimum tenure of 1 year with the organization
