We are looking for a highly technical Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale a data-driven growth engine for a global healthcare company. This role blends SEO, AI visibility (AEO, GEO, LLM), and deep analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) and AI search visibility (AEO, GEO, LLM platforms)
• Implement and manage tracking via GTM and GA4, including end-to-end event and funnel tracking
• Optimize website performance, architecture, and landing pages (WordPress or similar CMS)
• Build and execute content strategy aligned with search and AI discoverability
• Drive backlink acquisition and domain authority growth
• Lead social media strategy (LinkedIn-first) and thought leadership initiatives
• Optimize lead generation funnels and improve conversion rates

KPIs:

• Lead generation, CPL, and conversion rates
• Search rankings and AI visibility
• Tracking accuracy and reporting quality
• Backlinks, domain authority, and content performance
• Social media growth and engagement

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Expertise in SEO, analytics, and performance marketing
• Experience with event tracking, attribution models, and dataLayer
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare marketing
