Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our online presence and increase our organic reach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts, particularly focusing on organic strategies like SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Organic Reach: Develop and execute strategies to increase our brand’s organic visibility and engagement across search engines, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
• SEO: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other content assets that align with SEO and audience interests.
• Social Media Marketing: Create and implement social media strategies to build an active and engaged community on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and analytics to boost engagement and drive conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights. Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance.
• PPC & Paid Campaigns: Assist with paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to support growth in targeted areas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with overall company goals and branding.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in organic SEO and content marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar.
• Experience with social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and best practices.
• Knowledge of paid media strategies is a plus.

Preferred & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in growth hacking, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation platforms is a plus.
