Job summary

Unified Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a visionary Digital Marketing leader to drive brand growth for our software development services.

You will direct digital strategies, align with leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate our digital footprint across channels. A senior candidate with a strong ROI focus is essential. You will helm campaigns, mentor a marketing team, and partner with sales, product, and engineering to shape compelling narratives and digital assets.

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing or a related discipline would be an added advantage.
• 8+ years in the digital arena, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the IT sector.
• Master communicator with ability to inspire teams and captivate audiences.
• Creative thinker and analytical strategist, skilled in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and pilot 360-degree digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, social, email).
• Champion our digital narrative, measure campaigns, and drive ROI/KPIs.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor moves to stay ahead.
• Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business, Operations, HR to craft articles and digital assets.
• Plan, design and maintain the company’s social media presence with consistent brand messaging.
• Research, track and analyze customer behaviours to improve campaigns.
• Lead, mentor and grow the marketing team; communicate ideas effectively with clients.
• Present and pitch ideas to stakeholders.

• Champion our digital narrative, measuring and refining our campaigns to surpass ROI and KPI expectations.
• Navigate market dynamics and competitor movements to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
• Drive collaboration across departments, synthesising efforts from sales, marketing, Engineering, Business, Operations, HR, and other creative teams to craft compelling articles, narratives, and digital assets.
• Plan, design and maintain the company’s social media presence within our focus framework, while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Research, track, and analyse customer behaviours and trends to implement research into digital marketing campaigns for improvement.
• Lead, Mentor, and inspire a team of marketing mavens, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate and pitch ideas effectively with clients and stakeholders.

We're Searching for Someone With

• A degree in Marketing or a related discipline would be an added advantage.
• A seasoned marketer with 8+ years in the digital arena, including at least 3 years steering the ship in a leadership role within the IT sector.
• A master communicator, capable of inspiring teams and captivating audiences with ease.
• Both a creative thinker and an analytical strategist, adept in the art and science of digital marketing.
• Someone proficient with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, aHrefs, Zoho, MailChimp, and more.
• A campaign champion with a track record of digital successes, adept in marketing automation, and with foundational knowledge in web development languages.
• Excellent presentation skills with a keen interest in UI/UX.
• Sound working knowledge of SEO principles, SEO techniques, backlinking strategies, keyword analysis, Google Analytics, Adwords, Google Webmaster, Google My Business, etc.
