XenonStack is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS and technology marketing. You will support the marketing team in campaigns, optimization across digital channels, and contribute to brand awareness and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of digital marketing experience or academic/project exposure in B2B tech.
• Fundamental knowledge of SEO, SEM and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA, Ads, SEMrush or HubSpot.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.

Responsibilities

• SEO & Content Optimization: assist on-page and off-page SEO; help with blogs and landing pages.
• Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing: support Google/LinkedIn campaigns; track ROI and A/B tests.
• Social Media & Community Engagement: grow presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
• Analytics & Reporting: monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot.
• Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: assist with targeted emails and ABM initiatives.
• Collaboration & Execution: work with designers and product marketing on campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• SEO & Content Optimization
  • Assist in executing on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
  • Support keyword research and help optimize blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
• Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing
  • Assist in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and PPC campaigns to generate leads.
  • Help track ROI, monitor bids, and support A/B tests to improve conversions.
• Social Media & Community Engagement
  • Support LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube presence to grow engagement.
  • Help amplify campaign launches and support community initiatives.
• Analytics & Reporting
  • Learn to monitor KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot.
  • Assist in compiling actionable insights to improve channel efficiency and campaign ROI.
• Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
  • Support execution of targeted email campaigns and drip sequences.
  • Assist with account-based marketing (ABM) efforts alongside sales.
• Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and product marketing to deliver campaigns.
  • Support events, webinars, and roundtables with digital amplification.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 0–1 years of experience or academic/project exposure to digital marketing (B2B SaaS/Tech preferred).
• Basic understanding of or willingness to learn SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of content marketing, ABM, and lead nurturing concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn from data.
• Creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail in campaign execution.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
