Job summary

XenonStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer to deploy and customize Agentic AI platforms for enterprise clients. You will work hybrid, bridging solutions engineering, consulting, and customer success to transform business processes and workflows with AI agents.

The role emphasizes working directly with CXOs, IT leaders, and domain experts to deliver measurable value, while ensuring deployments are reliable, observable, and cost-optimized.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Solutions Engineering, Forward-Deployed Engineering, or Enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
• Hands-on containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and ability to work under pressure.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for aForward Deployed Solutions Engineer (FDSE)to workdirectly with enterprise customers, deploying and customizing XenonStack’sAgentic AI platformsfor real-world impact.

This is ahybrid roleat the intersection ofsolutions engineering, consulting, and customer success- ensuring enterprises not only deploy agentic systems, but transform theirbusiness processes, decision-making, and workflowswith them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy and configureAgentic AI, Vision AI, and Inference Infrastructurefor enterprise clients.
• Integrate solutions withenterprise APIs, data systems, and third-party tools.
• Translate client business requirements intotechnical architectures for agentic systems.
• Customize AI agents and multi-agent workflows to align with industry-specific compliance and workflows.
• Partner withCXOs, IT leaders, and domain expertsto understand strategic challenges.
• Rundiscovery sessions, demos, and workshopsto showcase solution value.
• Ensure deployments arereliable, observable, and cost-optimized.
• Work withAgentOps and Observability Engineersto monitor performance, traceability, and governance.
• Act as thecustomer’s technical voicewithin XenonStack.
• Provide structured feedback to shapeproduct features, roadmap, and UX improvements.
• Createtechnical documentation, runbooks, and playbooksfor clients.
• Train customer teams onoperating, monitoring, and scaling agentic systems.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

• 3-6 years of experience inSolutions Engineering, Forward-Deployed Engineering, or Enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Strong proficiency inPython, APIs, and cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity withLLM orchestration frameworks(LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
• Hands-on withcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellentcommunication and client-facing skillswith the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability tosolve problems under pressureand adapt solutions to customer environments.

Good-to-Have

• Experience withAgentOps tools(LangSmith, Arize AI, PromptLayer, Weights & Biases).
• Knowledge ofRAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge graph integration.
• Background in deploying solutions forregulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC, Healthcare).
• Understanding ofResponsible AI practices(safety, fairness, compliance).
