Role Description

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing online campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility, patient engagement, and overall digital performance.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist with social media content creation, scheduling, community management, digital campaign execution, email marketing, and website-related activities.

The intern will also help monitor and report on web and campaign performance using analytics tools, conduct market and competitor research, prepare performance summaries, update website or landing page content under guidance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.

The role offers hands‑on exposure to digital marketing best practices in a fast‑paced, healthcare‑focused environment and provides an opportunity to work closely with teams across marketing, technology, operations, and management.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: Regular full‑time working days.
• Saturday: Approximately 1–2 hours dedicated to strategy, planning, performance reviews, brainstorming, and alignment for the upcoming week.
• The role requires consistent on-site availability in Hyderabad during regular working days.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured, performance‑driven environment and participating in periodic strategy discussions with the team.
• During the first 3 months of probation: ₹20,000 per month.
• After successful completion of the 3‑month probation period: ₹25,000 per month.
• Compensation figures are stated before applicable tax/TDS deductions, if any, as required under applicable regulations.
• Performance, consistency, ownership, learning ability, and contribution during the probation period will be considered as part of the confirmation process.
