Job summary

Accelirate is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive in Pune for a hybrid role. You will drive demand generation, content creation, and campaigns across channels to engage enterprise buyers.

The candidate will craft enterprise-focused messaging for CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and senior leaders, manage product launches, and optimize performance via analytics. This role sits at the intersection of AI and automation and offers growth in a fast-growing tech firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B marketing within AI/SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Strong AI domain knowledge including Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Experience with multi-channel GTM and demand generation.
• Ability to write and execute campaigns and manage outcomes.
• Experience running full-stack marketing from content to paid to ABM.

• Positioning and messaging: Craft clear, compelling positioning tailored to enterprise buyers.
• Executive Persona Alignment: Craft sophisticated messaging for CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, heads of AI, and other senior leaders.
• Campaigns and launches: Plan and execute product launches, awareness campaigns, and monthly motion across channels.
• Content strategy: Build content engine around the product/service – landing pages, case studies, webinars, enablement material, sales decks.
• Demand generation: Own the lead gen engine – SEO, performance, email, outbound strategy.
• Sales enablement: Equip sales with assets, narratives, and playbooks to convert.
• Analytics and iteration: Define success metrics; track and iterate.

• Positioning and messaging: Craft clear, compelling positioning tailored to enterprise buyers. Own the product/service narrative and keep evolving it based on feedback and usage.
• Executive Persona Alignment: Craft highly relevant, sophisticated messaging and content strategies that directly speak to the pain points of CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Heads of AI, and other senior enterprise leaders.
• Campaigns and launches: Plan and execute product launches, awareness campaigns, and monthly motion across channels - owned, paid, outbound, and organic.
• Content strategy: Build a content engine around the product/service - landing pages, case studies, webinars, enablement material, sales decks, and more.
• Demand generation: Own the lead gen engine - SEO, performance, email, outbound strategy.
• Sales enablement: Equip sales and solutions teams with the assets, narratives, and playbooks needed to convert. Own the product’s external voice.
• Analytics and iteration: Define success metrics. Track what’s working, what’s not, and keep iterating. Own a fast feedback loop.

Qualifications (must-haves)

• 3+ years in B2B marketing with prior experience within an AI, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environment across demand generation, growth marketing, or community-building roles.
• AI Ecosystem Fluency: Apply a strong technical understanding of the artificial intelligence domain—including Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and enterprise AI infrastructures.
• Deep understanding of B2B funnels, messaging, and multi-channel GTM
• Hands-on ability to write, execute campaigns, and manage outcomes
• Experience running full-stack marketing - from content to paid to ABM
• High agency and ability to operate without step-by-step instructions
• Clear, structured communicator - in copy and in meetings
• Extreme Ownership: Deep commitment to hitting pipeline, balanced with an operational bias toward immediate action.
• Project & Timeline Management: Ability to organize and seamlessly execute against multiple concurrent projects, diverse stakeholder demands, and fluid event timelines.
