You will manage campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, coordinate email and WhatsApp lifecycle communications, and maintain the monthly marketing dashboard while ensuring regulatory compliance and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Background in marketing, mass communication or design is helpful.
• Ability to write publishable English copy without agency support.

Responsibilities

• Own the campaign calendar and audience segments.
• Publish the monthly content calendar across all social media platforms.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn and Meta within an approved budget.
• Run email and WhatsApp lifecycle communication with clean segmentation, consent and performance tracking.

Role Overview

Responsible for online process management This is a hands‑on execution role that owns the content calendar, paid campaigns and reporting, publishing on schedule, generating qualified demand and reporting on results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the campaign calendar and audience segments.
• Maintain and publish the monthly content calendar across all social media platform
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn and Meta within an approved budget
• Run email and WhatsApp lifecycle communication with clean segmentation, consent and performance tracking
• Own the monthly marketing dashboard covering traffic, leads, portal funnel, spend and LinkedIn performance
• Brief and manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring all output meets the VMD Brand Voice Guide and regulatory compliance

Skills & Competencies

• Independent, hands‑on execution across GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn/Meta advertising, on-page SEO.
• Able to write publishable English copy without agency support
• Comfortable producing social and web design assets in Canva & AI
• Working Knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn/Meta
• Strong analytical and reporting skill
• Spreadsheet competence for campaign and funnel reporting
• Numerate and honest in reporting; ships on schedule and treats the calendar as a commitment
• Comfortable in a regulated environment where every marketing claim must be substantiated
• Ability to work independently and deliver campaigns on schedule.
