Job summary

V9 Legends in India seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to strengthen its digital presence and generate qualified B2B business enquiries.

You will plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns via Mailchimp, and manage social content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, creating compelling creatives with Canva and leveraging AI tools for ideas and productivity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of practical digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic creative design.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email platforms.
• Understanding of WhatsApp Business marketing and automation.
• Basic SEO knowledge and website management.
• Basic reel/video editing skills.
• Strong lead generation and campaign analytics understanding.
• Proactive, ownership mindset and willingness to experiment.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to strengthen V9 Legends digital presence and generate qualified B2B business enquiries.

• Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads


• Develop digital campaigns focused on B2B lead generation and conversions


• Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn content and campaigns


• Create engaging product creatives, posts and presentations using Canva


• Manage WhatsApp Business marketing, product promotions and customer engagement campaigns


• Create and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp


• Assist in developing and improving WhatsApp automation and customer journeys


• Perform basic SEO, keyword research and website content updates


• Create/edit short-form videos and reels for product promotions


• Coordinate new product launches across digital channels


• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation, campaign ideas and marketing productivity


• Track leads, conversions, cost per lead and campaign ROI


• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommend improvements


• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools and emerging platforms

The role is performance-oriented. The candidate should be able to generate measurable business opportunities—not just likes, followers and impressions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of practical digital marketing experience


• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads


• Good working knowledge of Canva and basic creative designing


• Experience with social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn


• Knowledge of Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms


• Understanding of WhatsApp Business marketing and automation


• Basic knowledge of SEO and website management


• Basic reel/video editing skills


• Understanding of lead generation, CPL, CTR, conversions and campaign analytics


• Comfortable using AI tools and marketing automation


• Good written English and communication skills

• Ability to independently plan, execute and monitor campaigns


• Previous experience in B2B marketing, corporate gifting, promotional products, e-commerce or related industries will be an advantage
