Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

Plan and execute digital campaigns to highlight new collections and offers.

Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience engagement to optimize performance.

Customer Engagement & Query Handling

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via social media and WhatsApp.

Offer styling suggestions, detailed product knowledge, and after-sales support.

Maintain a polite and friendly brand tone across all interactions.

Identify potential buyers through social engagement and convert interactions into leads.

Follow up with prospects, maintain relationships, and close sales online.

Guide customers through payment, shipping, and post-purchase care.

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Requirements
