Job summary

Netclues is looking for an SEO Executive with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to join our digital marketing team and drive organic growth across multiple client projects.

As AI reshapes search marketing, you will leverage AI-powered tools to enhance research, content creation, keyword analysis, reporting, and workflow automation while maintaining high-quality, human-centered SEO practices. This role follows a 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM schedule, supporting international clients.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization
• Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO
• Proven experience in white-hat backlink acquisition and outreach
• Excellent SEO content writing and content optimization skills
• Strong understanding of search intent, topical authority, and content strategy
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard SEO tools (GA, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz)
• Experience using AI tools to improve SEO workflows, research, content generation, and productivity
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and basic HTML/CSS
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies for multiple client websites and brands
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
• Optimize website architecture, landing pages, metadata, internal linking and content for better rankings
• Execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO initiatives
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical white-hat practices including outreach, guest posting, local citations, and digital PR
• Write and optimize SEO-friendly content aligned with search intent
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data issues
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions and overall SEO performance using industry tools
• Prepare monthly SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay current with Google's algorithms and SEO trends

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies for multiple client websites and brands.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new organic growth opportunities.
• Optimize website architecture, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and content for improved search engine rankings.
• Execute effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Build high-quality backlinks using ethical white-hat SEO practices, including outreach, guest posting, local citations, digital PR, and authority link-building.
• Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly blog articles, landing pages, and website content that align with search intent.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and work closely with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and performance issues.
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance using industry-standard SEO tools.
