Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic search initiatives and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, team management, and performance analysis. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve website visibility, search rankings, and overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Plan and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to implement SEO best practices across all digital assets.
• Track, analyze, and present SEO performance metrics, including website traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Mentor, guide, and support junior SEO team members while ensuring timely project execution and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SEO, including leading or managing SEO teams.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry-standard SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including website architecture, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, and crawlability.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
