Mercowis Solutions in Calicut is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Creator to plan, produce and promote content across digital channels. The role blends creative content development with hands-on campaign management to boost brand visibility and drive enquiries and enrolments.

The candidate will lead social media, email, website and paid campaigns, craft education-focused content, and manage a content calendar with regular performance reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 13 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may apply.
• Excellent written English and a flair for creative storytelling.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools, and basic video editing.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital marketing plan across social media, email, website and paid channels.
• Produce engaging, education-focused content social media posts, short videos, flyers, articles and newsletters.
• Plan and run targeted online campaigns for enrolment drives and educator recruitment.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, and present regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Research trends in digital marketing and online education, and bring new content ideas to the table.
• Ensure all content reflects the brands tone, values and quality standards.
