Job summary

Gatitaa Technology in Pune (WFO) is seeking a Campaign Manager with 1–2 years of experience to drive data-driven digital marketing campaigns. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, monitoring KPIs and delivering optimized performance.

You will develop actionable recommendations, produce regular performance reports, and collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to meet brand guidelines and business goals. The role is full-time and on-site in Pune.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads preferred.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across digital advertising, paid media, and performance platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and results.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve reach, traffic, leads, conversions, ROI.
• Track and evaluate campaign KPIs and performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign data and audience insights to develop actionable recommendations.
• Conduct regular campaign audits and performance reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly campaign performance reports for internal review.
• Develop, update, and manage performance dashboards and analytics reports using Looker Studio.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, sales, and business teams to meet brand guidelines and business requirements.
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends and best practices.
• Continuously test and optimize creatives, targeting, messaging, budgets, and strategies.
